I was talking about the Allied ejecting the Iraqi Army from Kuwait. That was Desert Storm. So how is it justifiable that the Iraqi Army using Kuwaiti hospitals, mosques, and houses for combat purposes? What desperation are you talking about that they are compelled to use civilian structures? The desperation that they want to keep Kuwait?

The bottom line is this...If you are in a hospital and shoot at me even with just one shot, I would be fully justified under the Geneva Convention to rain down artillery and JDAM on that hospital. Your cynicism about US have ZERO effects on that.

If you are in a hospital in your country and you shoot at an invader, then the invader doesnt have a right to shoot back. Dont invade their country if you dont want to get shot at. But lets not pretend that is what is even happening most of the time. Most of the time it is some form of error that causes the US to attack a hospital in a country that they are invading. But they are still 100% guilty and they still continue to do it. You cant just invade someone's country, accidentlly destroy a hospital and then say "oopsie we didnt mean to bomb that" and expect in any way that you arent guilty of cold blooded murder.
