The current regime is the Obama regime, or at least all the same set of characters.
The 'committee' is trying to milk, stretch out and weaponize leaks lacking context and detail along with trying to get 'free' information for actual law enforcement and/or other investigations, lawsuits etc.
They don't care about getting as much accurate information as possible.
