2) Published reports of Gangs and Gang life reveal its a Social Culture that most members enjoy. It gives them a purpose and reason to live. Their life's would be boring without 'Drug Dealing, Gang Banging and Rap Music'

Yes, and one year ago, a Syrian refugee opened fire in a Boulder, CO killing 10 people, and it was mentioned maybe, for two days in the news. The coverage indicated the shooter needed “counseling.”
Eventually people will get fed up with this and they will demand very tough gun laws, even the point of going door to door, searching and confiscating...Problem is, lots of people will not allow their homes to be searched, (even when safety/security are at risk).
Ultimately, going door to door would be the only effective way to stop this, registration or new gun laws will have no impact, because its too late for those things, far too many unknown guns already out there.
If door to door confiscations were even attempted, lots of families would not see their family members returning home that day!

Stop and frisk is the only practical and immediate solution.
We need cops, physically on the streets, patting down potential criminals before they get a chance to shoot up their neighborhood.
There’s no time for outreach programs, town halls, discussions, legislation, curfews, etc. people are getting shot right now. Criminals can only do one thing: break the law.
Blacks have been shooting eachother daily since the 80s crack epidemic, but that doesn’t mean we have to sit by with popcorn.

The shooting happened in Chicago, Americans thing “it’s Chicago, and there are minorities, of course it happens.” In our country, the ugly truth is that it’s to be expected in these areas.

While the Buffalo shooting, was premeditated and ideologically driven. While the Chicago incident was random and it was based on altercation that escalated into tragedy, the Buffalo shooting was specifically carried out with the intention of taking as many lives as possible. They weren’t just innocent bystanders that caught strays, they WERE the targets.
In Chicago, you witnessed the shooting and some people caught strays. In Buffalo, you were the unwilling participant as the target.
And it wasn’t everyone, just specific people the shooter viewed as the enemy.
The premise of the thread is to trivialize the victims in Buffalo and dunk on black people.
So basically your claim is that every single person outside that McD's was a gang member, so it is okay if they got shot?
I'll just put this out there, Black people are far, far, far more likely to be killed by other violent black people than they would ever be from some mentally ill white supremacist. But the MSM and DEM party will do everything they can to make you think that the opposite is true, while blissfully ignoring the thousands of innocent victims caught in the crossfire of black on black crime.
Locking up criminal scum of ALL colors should be a priority , Bring back 3 strikes and your out, enforce the current gun laws, If you really think we need a new law how about No plea bargains for gun crimes, force the corrupt DA's to do there jobs.

To be fair, yes--it's gotten media attention, at least locally. And the mayor and other local folks are talking about gun control.
