I do what I can. I have to remind the people responsible for this that they screwed up bigly. Some will remain in denial forever, as this thread proves.

So, we should expect to see a blue wave. I doubt it but we will see. There are an awful lot of criminals and looters who have benefited immensely thanks to the work of democrats. They work with impunity now. Perhaps they will return the favor.

The GOP has become such a toxic brand that even a lot of people who disapprove of Biden STILL refuse to vote GOP.
#1, republicans still lead the RCP Average, EVEN WITH skewed polls like this one.

#2 Here is the party breakdown, via their methodology:

PARTY IDENTIFICATION QUESTION WORDING - Generally speaking, do you consider yourself a
Republican, a Democrat, an Independent, or what?
ADULTS
PARTY IDENTIFICATION
Republican 25%
Democrat 29
Independent 37
Other/DK/NA 9

So they gave Democrats a 4 point edge, even though in 2022 there have been several polls showing republicans now outnumber democrats nationally:
https://adnamerica.com/en/united-sta...cans-democrats by a significant amount in some polls!

What you're looking at here is likely a 4-5 point REPUBLICAN lead, based on this poll's biased methodology. (Like I said, Quin is a left-leaning poll).

An interesting detail of this poll is Biden's approval rating among Hispanics: Biden is at 19% approval among Hispanics and 70% disapproval.

Yes, you read that right.

Actually many Conservatives still question this poll. Because it is a Left-Leaning poll it is likely an even higher disapproval rating of Biden. But there is only so much they can hide. Because it is such as Left Leaning Poll the real numbers for Congress are probably well in favor of the Republicans instead of being basically even.

But yea takes the victories where you can get them because come November it isn't going to be pretty for the Democrats.

With such stark differences in the poll's results compared to your link (dems 29% vs 42% and reps 25% vs 47%), clearly those aren't apples-to-apples comparisons.

But let's say your point about party affiliation is correct. That would mean this poll is biased toward democrats by something like 4-8 points. All that would mean is Biden's net approval rating is more like -35% to -40% ... and democrats (as you said) are only down by 4-5 points.

That means there is STILL a huge gap between Biden's approval rating and congressional voting intentions, and congressional democrats are STILL out-performing Biden by huge amounts. There is STILL a huge portion of the electorate who disapproves of Biden but STILL refuses to vote GOP. And that STILL tells you how toxic the GOP brand has become.

Talking Biden Now Less Popular than Trump's All Time Low in RCP!

The bottom has really fallen out. As of today, Joe Biden just dipped to a fresh all-time low, 36.8% in the RCP agg.

He has now surpassed Donald Trump's worst ever RCP agg of 37.1.

And remember, Donald Trump was "Orange Hitler", a massive "racist," was "impeached twice," incited a "violent insurrection!," and was a massive "con man" and meanie.

But Joe Biden is now less popular than he ever was:.

Yep and that is still with the media being on his side, helping him and shielding him from the negatives.

Imagine if they treated Biden like they did Trump? His numbers would be in the negative.

81 million votes? Yeah right. We are now living the biggest "I told you so" in History..

What I don’t understand is why he doesn’t care that he’s awful.

I guess when you’ve been scamming taxpayers for 5 decades, the joke is on Americans.
