People getting abortions are not planning to raise them for many years.

I am sure you also have wonderful stories that you are not telling. My daughter who works with special needs, has worked with wonderful children and their famlies. She has worked with kids that can not walk, and they only talk through a computer.....they bring so much joy to their parents.
First of all I can't see why anyone is trying to ban birth control. A woman should definitely be able to decide if she doesn't want to get pregnant at all. Now she will have no control at all. What are people thinking trying to ban that. Banning abortion I get but it's just going to create more abuse, homelessness, poverty. What do they think should happen with these homeless women with their hungry children. I hope you pro abortion people are happy that their will be 80% more starving abused poor or homeless kids all because you all really can't mind your own business. Can't just say don't have sex. That won't happen.
They didn't ban abortion, despite what CNN told you. They kicked it back to the states.
I have some old-school values when it comes to sex and abortion. However, I view this opinion with some skepticism. Black women get more abortions than anyone else. And yet, the majority of murder victims and perpetrators are Black men. We have a bigger problem, and it has to do with the fact that we have always had many people living in broken homes, broken societies, and other problems outside of abortion.
It is GREATLY disturbing that Black women have a four times higher abortion rate than white women. How is that not race-based genocide?

I have no wonderful stories from when I was a social worker. The work was heartbreaking and why I changed careers. A male social worker working with abused children and their families hung himself one day. I went back to college for a new career.
How in the world is it evil? That makes no sense. Birth control prevents unwanted pregnancies... I don't know how anyone could be against that.
It opposes nature by distorting the purpose of sex. The proper way to avoid unwanted pregnancies is to refrain from the activity that causes pregnancy.
I mean even the evangelicals in my town only have a kid or two. How is that happening? One of these families has two children, the younger one is in high school, they've been married for decades. Have they only done it twice?
They probably use the natural family planning method which is really effective if used correctly and consistently.
