As far as I’m aware and most of these shooters have high school educations. Most are not in blue states either. 57 people were shot to death in Las Vegas at a concert under trumps watch, does that make it Trump’s fault? Your post really doesn’t make any sense.
2017 saw a peak of 177 fatal injuries from mass shootings under DJT. 51 have been killed this year under Biden. Why 2017? A big chunk (61) of that was the Las Vegas shooting. Even without that though, 2022 is looking to come in under 2017, statistically.

Again, Democrats even had a super majority in Obama's first year. Filibuster was a non issue then for Democrats.
Also, the Filibuster can be bypassed. Just ask the Democrats in power about that.
