It's not rocket science. They do an u/s and they can tell how far along the pregnancy is. It doesn't mean they know what day she was raped. How do you know that no one was arrested?
The ultrasound is an estimate of the gestation period. They say weeks. They don't say days. And it's a guess that can be off by a week or two. Even due dates have a two week window before and after the date where the birth is still considered full term.
Media covers arrests for child rapists. It's public record.
I don’t think there always is an arrest when a child is impregnated.
Is it close to 100% or at least most of the time in such cases?
I know family dynamics are complicated and sometimes they don’t want to name the rapist.
An arrest would not be the only proof of a true story.
How do you prove it without compromising the girl's privacy? The doctor publicly said this happened. As far as the rapist, just because he wasn't named publicly as the rapist in this particular case (how would one know?) doesn't mean that law enforcement isn't involved. What more do you want? See how judgy everyone is? It's a girl's body and everyone wants to know all about it and who was in it. I find it disgusting.
C'mon, first of all, the doctor is required to report to the authority (no record???). In the end, his name is needed to be registered as "sex whatever" after finding guilty and publicly searchable.
There's very rarely a way to narrow it down to the exact day in the gestation period. It's an estimation. That was the first thing I noticed about the story. Even due dates are an estimation.
If parent knew the date she was raped, they could be quite accurate in the week count. It's not like a 10 year old would be having sex 4 times a week.
Senile Joe mentioned this in his dementia filled press conference the other day:
Biden's claim that a 10-year-old rape victim was forced to travel across state lines to get an abortion is called into question by the Washington Post as it emerges the doctor behind it is a prominent abortion advocate
Biden always goes off half-cocked in his tirades - this case, the Rangers who "whipped" the "immigrants", Rittenhouse. Just like Obama who said, "the Cambridge police acted stupidly" when he didn't have the facts in. He (Biden) really should do some fact-checking before he tries to act outraged.

When I was a child being raped I was raped a lot more than just four times a week.
