Rep. Kim Schrier called it an “honor” to welcome President Joe Biden to suburban Seattle for a health care speech in April. Then, nearly three months later, the Washington Democrat used a TV ad to boast about “taking on” the Biden administration over gas prices.

This kind of pivot in a House battleground — which Biden won by 7 points just two years ago — isn’t an anomaly. Recent GOP polling in roughly a dozen swing districts offers a bleak portrait of how President Joe Biden’s anemic approval ratings are threatening to doom battle-tested swing-seat incumbents — and nudge once-safe districts into the middle of the danger zone.

I agree. That said, there is nothing that will stop me from voting against every Democrat on the ballot. I'd walk over burning coals to tell these Democrats to go to hell.

Over the past 28 years, every POTUS began their term with a majority, then lost it. Can’t imagine it will be different for Biden.

It’s humorous that some people’s self esteem seems to be tied to the party in power.

It's not just that Biden will lose the majority, it will be the scale as to which he will likey lose the majority.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United...20the%20Senate.

Obama lost 63 House and 6 Senate his first time. He lost 13 House and 9 Senate seats his second term. Trump lost 40 House but GAINED 2 Senate seats at the Midterm. Some estimates would make those numbers pale in comparison.

Nothing to do with self-esteem. More to do with liberty and the future of this nation.

In 2018, Trump lost the House but increased his majority in the Senate.
