What's worse the way the report makes it sound, it sounds like they expected it to be "alive" and did the comfort care "as planned".
So then the doctor(s) involved broke the law, but no charges have been filed? Doesn't make any sense.

And that is a question we may never know the answer to.

The country is a Christian one, and Christians oppose abortion.

Unless you plan to ban religion, there is no rude awakening.

Too little too late, states have control now.

If it is on record, as this thread clams (it was included in a report), then it would have to have been filed under state law. If these deaths weren't filed then what does the report make the claim on?

Something tells me there is more to this story.

Okay, found it. One baby had severe anomalies and it died shortly after birth. One other was pre-viable. Three received comfort care.

No mention of an evil doctor "leaving the baby to diie" or throwing a healthy baby into a utility closet while the evil mother shrugged.

Lord but people can be gruesome when they're hoping for some ugly gossip.

This sounds like some factory rollout that got jammed.
in case there's any confusion, this is a report for 2021.

Again, it depends on the REASON for the abortion. From the ABC/WaPo poll:

Mother's physical health is endangered

82% keep them legal
12% make them illegal

Pregnancy caused by rape or incest

79% keep them legal
16% make them illegal

Serious birth defects detected

67% keep them legal
23% make them illegal

Convenience abortions (98.3% of all abortions)

48% keep them legal
45% make them illegal

The US is about evenly split on whether or not to keep convenience abortions legal. Those are the "I don't want a baby because [insert random selfish reason here]" abortions.

Also timing. Polling shows that about 80% of Americans want 3rd trimester abortions banned.
