Are you wanting to have your young kids 'indoctrinated' on sexuality by the schools? What business does the school have in a young child's sexual education? Do you think it preferable that a radical teacher sexualises your young kids at school or that you as a parent, whose job it is, teaches them about the facts of life and appropriate behaviour?

Republicans are large and in charge in Florida, & we squash Libs like lovebugs upon our windshields.

Elections have consequences, and the Libs lost 4 of the 5 school board seats, so go take your seat in the back of the bus.

Interesting and telling choice of words.

Laughable. Gavin Newsom took out TV ads in Florida trying to influence the results of that state's elections. Your post is LAUGHABLE.

There's a lot of intentional amnesia and double standards on C-D.

What is 'woke' exactly, and why is that a problem?

One state down. 49 to go.

Plus DC, which isn't a state.
Actually, most Red states have already take back control of their schools, FLA was a bit late to the game, but DeSantis was a game-changer.

Check this out...Tennessee has been cleared by the courts to proceed with issuing school vouchers so parents can move kids from public schools to private schools, and take their property tax school funding with them.

That kicks teachers unions right in the teeth:

https://www.tennessean.com/story/new...s/69675084007/

Pubs have turned the tides on Lib control of public education. The sleeping giant has awoken, & realized that Pubs must control schools.

Pub plan:

-control school boards, so woke school officials & teachers can be terminated, & replaced with traditional value educators.

-implement school choice in every school district nationwide to force teachers, & schools to compete for students/funding

-implement school vouchers so parents can move their students from public to private schools, so public schools must compete.

-legally kill unions ability to force teachers to pay for union memberships...laws have already been passed

Florida Republicans have taken back the public schools from the extreme woke radical libs, & now the same plan is being rolled out nationally. Pubs, parents, & students will retake public education from radical Liberals, and teachers unions....the first domino has already fallen. The DeSantis Doctrine will spread nationwide, and school choice will become the law of the land, & teachers unions will be destroyed, because they failed our students, & our parents....they only benefited the extreme radical political machine.
Are you a member of M4L? I'm guessing yes, given your aggressiveness. The problem with parents' rights is that not all parents agree on anything and I don't think M4L really care if the majority agrees with them or not. Now that they are getting their people in place, you know they will have to actually do the job, right? There will still be gay and trans students. There will still be minorities. There will still be disable students. There will still be epidemics. There will be new library books. There will be staffing problems. There will be drugs. There will be teacher contracts. There will be pregnant teenagers. There will still be terrible reading scores. None of this stuff is going away and now these people with no experience will have to deal with it.

Pretty sure the poster is urging the other member to take a seat at the back of the figurative "short bus" not the Montgomery Alabama city bus. You're grasping at straws. White straws made from racist white non-biodegradable plastic because that's what conservatives do, righto?

We tried it your way, & your way failed...now its our turn, so take a seat in the back of the bus...elections have consequences...remember?

https://www.thebalancemoney.com/the-...antage-3306225

Traditional values have returned to Florida's classrooms, & elsewhere, and the momentum is strengthening.

The extreme radical Libs agenda in our schools have been exposed, parents have spoken/voted against it, & its being eradicated.

I love winning, especially when kids & parents benefit

Just imagine Pubs fixing the urban schools too...all the urban parents whose votes will flip.

It's Farenheight 451 in half these school districts. Banning books! Why not just pile them up on the playground and burn them.

Another great step in the social decline of Florida. So glad I left that crime infested swamp 40 years ago.
