CCDH ["Center to counter Digital Hate"] is the group that came up with the "Dirty Dozen" label they apply to medical freedom advocates like Mercola, RFK,jr and such..
This is the group that bullied advocates for freedom such as Matt Taibbi and Glenn greenwald.
Now they are being sued by Elon Musk, that caricature of a human being....

from what i can see the case seems to be DOA. Musk doesn't give any exact quote and just claims the ADL have made him and twitter out to be antisemitic which would be more of a matter of subjective opinion than objective fact.

You do realize that the lawsuits are filed because of those groups efforts to suppress the free speech rights of others, through extortion and intimidation, right?
In addition to far-left mouthpieces like the CCDH and ADL, the same needs to be done with the SPLC and ACLU.

I had to read your post three times before I could understand what the point of it is. That is NOT your fault, but the fault of those who gave that name (the "Center to Counter Digital Hate") to themselves. The CCDH is against those of us who do not think the Covid vaccines are the greatest thing since the polio vaccine (and the other TRUE vaccines before the left changed the definition of vaccines). The CCDH, I am convinced, would not hesitate to impose Covid vaccine mandates on almost everyone if they could get away with it.
*To be clear, I am against hatred of virtually ALL groups, with the exception of those groups who promote the abuse of children in ANY form.

Per the article ADL claimed Twitter is Anti Semitic due to the post it allows. I agree with that statement because that is what Elon wanted, promised, and delivered. He did not reduce the over modding, he eliminated it all together.
Elon stated he wanted an open platform where nearly anything goes. Now Twitter is full of racist post, anti semetic post, porn of ALL types, literal murders on video, and any other crazy thing you can dream of. It is the unmoderated crap show everyone with a brain warned him about if he were to lift the moderation like he has. It was a good idea to reduce it but he went way to far, its 4chan now. It’s literally a platform no company wants to advertise on because you do t want your product ad placed between a murder post, porn post, and a drug use post.
