Returning the regulation of abortion to each state and the people has resulted in MORE abortion rights in some states. Why are you trying to argue otherwise?

You're making my point from post #20, apparently without even realizing it.

I don't see how women getting more abortion rights after Roe was overturned means that there are less abortion rights.

That is your interpretation, and shows that you don’t actually understand the Constitution or the limits that it places upon the Federal Government.

In reality, what the Dobbs decision did was return the right to allow or deny abortion to the states and the people who reside in those states - which is where it rightfully belonged in the first place. Roe vs. Wade was legislation from the bench and had no merit.

The Dobbs decision highlights the difference between progressives and conservatives quite well. Progressivism depends upon an all powerful federal government. Conservatism holds that the power resides with the people, then the state, then the federal government - in that order. The reason for that belief is that the Constitution specifically lays it out that way. Progressivism is, by definition, anti-Constitution and anti-American.

Not a chance in hell that he will win.
