It’s often discussed in articles that Joe Biden’s mental state ids diminishing. Many news reports have included doctors and pundits to indicate that Biden is incapable of being the president, primarily because Biden meets the criteria for the 25th amendment that states if the president is incapable, then they cannot be president.

Some states have recognized this as to exclude Biden off the ballot because he is mentally “incapable” of serving the presidency. How many states do you think will leave Biden off the ballot in 2024?

Just like the Democrats can't remove Trump for things that haven't happened. Biden hasn't been "25th" yet, so the answer would be None without causing a significant issue. If they use the 25th Amendment on Biden, then having his name removed would of course occur. The interesting thing is what happens if the 25th Biden after the Democratic Convention just a few weeks before the General Election in November 2024? When all of the ballots have already been set, and in some cases may have already had early voting.

However, I suspect that if states do attempt to remove Trump prematurely they will strike first.
And there may be several states who will do a Tit for Tat and remove Biden.

I don’t think the states have standing to invoke 25A.

He wasn't mentally capable ever in my opinion, nor Obama's, based on his well-known comment (Don't give Joe anything to do.).

Sounds like a good idea to me. Anything goes according to the Democrats/Marxists. Let’s start with Georgia and North Carolina.

The states have no power to invoke 25A. All NC and GA will get for their trouble is laughed at.

States can knock Biden off their ballot if they don't like his face, or if they think his '67 Corvette isn't as cool as a '68 Corvette. They can do it for any reason or for no reason.

Is there any basis for your opinion that the states don't have "standing" to "invoke the 25th amendment?

Perhaps the first three words of your post sum it up.

You might be right, but we will just remove him from the ballot in October 2024 and he can appeal after the election is over. It’s the same election interference Democrats are engaged in with the laughable Trump indictments.

That’s the same attitude towards Camela. She’s the border czar. I think we’re done here.

Biden’s people were smart for shoving Harris in as VP. Biden could be on a respiratory and democrats would leave him in the chair before Harris. No amendments will be putting Harris on the nuclear football.

They could knock Biden off the ballot for acts of treason. He has sold off this country for his own personal gain, opened up the border to every country in the world which is a violation of the constitution.

If Trump hasn't been prosecuted and they knock him off, doing the same for Biden is just cause since he hasn't be prosecuted either.
