Excellent policy. Bigots need not apply. They will have to settle for working for the democratic party or some other organization that is known for harboring antisemites. Those woke corporations that donate heavily to the democratic party, BLM, etc would probably take a chance on hiring them. And of course, that chapter of BLM out in Chicago that announced to the world on Twitter that they stand with Hamas.

The push to create internal Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Departments by businesses is the definition of open racism.
How will they know unless one of these liberal racists post it on Facebook or social media.
