155 Democrats Vote No To Deporting Illegals Who Commit Social Security Fraud (Congress, illegal aliens)

The bill, H.R. 6678, was introduced by Rep. Tom McClintock (R-California) in early December and applies consequences to anyone who has been convicted of Social Security or identity fraud, or anyone who has admitted to the crimes, regardless of conviction.

The bill passed, despite opposition from Democrats, with 272 “yea” votes and 155 “nay.”

Unlike Democrats, who were split on the bill, with 55 voting in support and 155 opposing the bill, not a single Republican voted against it.

They're not going to kick any out. Illegals will be counted in the next census. As per the Census.gov website, the census is "...used to draw the lines of legislative districts and reapportion the seats each State holds in Congress. The U.S. census counts every resident in the United States". Note that is states "resident", not "citizen". These illegals are the (D)'s hope to hold onto power forever.
