I actually voted for Mrs. Haley in the primary for two reasons, even though I'm really not a fan of hers.
#1: I felt as though Mr. Trump thought he deserved the nomination. Meaning, he didn't feel the need to compete or try to earn my vote. I have a problem with that.
#2: He made mistakes during his first term that I have yet to hear anything about correcting during a potential second term. That worries me.
But, President Biden is screwing up our country, some would say on purpose. He's flooding our country with millions of people who will not assimilate, who cannot provide for themselves (legally), and bring diseases that we've worked so hard to eradicate from our country, amongst other things (taking up valuable housing, food, healthcare, etc.)
He's proposing an ungodly 7.3 trillion dollar budget, which includes the implementation of a wealth tax! (How moderate of him... ) He's increased our national debt by over seven trillion dollars in just three years! And he's making us the world's police. He advocates for a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, yet says nothing about a ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia!
At least Mr. Trump is offering solutions about the border crisis and foreign conflicts. (I cannot say this about our national debt). Therefore, that makes him the better candidate of the two.
Both men have personal problems (egomaniac vs senile pervert), so it comes down to policy, strictly. If the border crisis hadn't been occurring, I'd probably vote third party...
There are WAY too many "who will you vote for" polls, so this will be a repeat of what I have said on at least six other threads:
Quote:
As it stands now, PROBABLY the Libertarian party, but RFK, Jr. and Trump are still possibilities depending on who the Libertarian candidate is, how close it is between Biden and Trump on November 1, on the No Labels candidate, and who RFK, Jr. and Trump pick for running mates.
Obviously I am VERY far from a final choice!
My choices starting about six months ago, in order, have been:
As if a Progressive Democrat would know how any Republican would vote
Sorry I’m just a moderate democrat. Haley was an alternative to Trump with republican moderates and many independents. She has her base and they don’t like Trump.
I'll vote for anyone who isn't a fascist or Marxist so I guess Both Trump and Biden are out for me. Nikki would of gotten my vote should she of been the nominee.
I don't know why Haley voters would vote for Trump. I think most will just stay home.
Most will vote, but it won’t be for Trump or Haley

There were many articles about “Haley’s base”. There were no reasons at all for Democrats to vote in a Democrat Primary. They were organized and encouraged to vote in the Republican Primaries and Caucuses for Haley as an Anti-Trump vote. That ‘genius’ plan failed. Poor Haley (and Pence) even lost to “None of the Above”.
