The government is now getting ready to spend billions of your future tax dollars bailing out Freddy Mac & Fannie Mae. There are more banks on the verge of collapse and the Fed is now saying we may have inflation at current levels for another 2 or 3 years. It is clear that things are going to continue to get worse for the foreseeable future. My question is how bad will it have to get before you are ready to do something to demonstrate your anger at the governments corruption and incompetently?

If the economy got to the point that I'd march on Washington, I'd might as well go ahead and march out of the country.

About 12k or 15k people already marched on DC last week because of the awful economy, and our messed up foreign policy.

Ron Paul’s Campaign For Liberty » Blog Archive » How Big Was the Revolution March? (http://www.campaignforliberty.com/blog/?p=175 - broken link)

AND a lot more people are going to be gathering in MN the day of the Republican Convention for the same reason.

His name is Ron Paul...you should be used to it by now. Seems like people are starting to catch on though.

You thought Bob Barr was the reason for the RON PAUL Revolution March on DC?

No, I thought Bob Barr was the nominee of the Libertarian party.

You know, the nomination Paul was afraid to compete for.

You are correct, Barr is the nominee for the Libertarian party.

Your second statement is childish and uninformed at best.

He was already the nominee in 1988 or something. I think he didn't go for it this time because his whole point was that he was the "true" republican espousing classical republican ideals.

Besides, he's even older than the dinosaur McCain!

Oh, really? Then why isn't your boy in there pitching? Achilles sulking in the tents? Or just no stomach for a real fight?

Because he is smart enough to know that a 3rd party will never be allowed and because he had about $6M left that could be (and is being) put to much better use in getting like minded Republicans organized and into office. And by "like minded" I mean those who are for limited taxes, limited spending, and following the actual rules of the constitution that have been shot to hell by the current "Republicans"
