USA Today Poll says 78% of Americans favor bailout-do you buy that?

Even Reep congressmen are stating that their emails and phone cals are against it, like 200-one.

Using google-news keywords /poll oppose bailout/, most of the news articles are putting the opinions fairly close to 50-50, but slightly on the oppose side. I guess the rank-and-file have been snowed by the thing, and only a few are paying enough attentiion to know that there actually is some opposition to the plan.

These false polls are one of the ways they control public opinion. The lemmings always follow the crowd and when they read this they will surely favor the banking nerd bailout.

I don't buy that number. I figured that at least 30 percent of diehard Bush supporters who will gladly jump off a cliff at his command are indeed in favor of this robbery. But the rest of the population? Come on!
