I'm refering to the McCain volunteer lady that got mugged and had the letter "B" carved on her head by a dark-skinned black man.

There are a couple threads on this, yet no link, and nothing on CNN.com. Is this real?

Ask Joe the Plumber. Look what happened to him, the media cared more than he owed a few pennies back than what mattered. No one would care about this poor girl. They would be concerened that her gas tank wasn't all the way full, she didn't have enough for breakfast, her left shoe was not tied as well as the right, etc.

If you look through those threads you will find the link posted a half dozen times.

CNN is still trying to figure out how to spin it to make Obama look good. Give it time, they will get it perfected for you.

I don't know... considering he had a knife I would wonder why he would just "scratch" her face so superficially that she wouldn't need medical treatment. But then again, crazy people have crazy motivations. Must have been scary.

From the only link I could follow on either of the other two threads posted, there's also nothing reported that says she was a McCain volunteer. The report does say there was a McCain sticker on her car. It was a robbery at an ATM last night. Woman Attacked At ATM, Assailant Carves Letter Into Her Face - Pittsburgh News Story - WTAE Pittsburgh

Quote:
PITTSBURGH -- A 20-year-old woman who was robbed at an ATM in Bloomfield was also maimed by her attacker, police said.

Pittsburgh police spokeswoman Diane Richard tells Channel 4 Action News that the victim was robbed at knifepoint on Wednesday night outside of a Citizens Bank near Liberty Avenue and Pearl Street just before 9 p.m.

Richard said the robber took $60 from the woman, then became angry when he saw a McCain bumper sticker on the victim's car. The attacker then punched and kicked the victim, before using the knife to scratch the letter "B" into her face, Richard said.

Richard said the woman refused medical treatment after the assault, which happened outside the view of the bank's surveillance cameras. . .
This is a sad story, but attributing it to Obama supporters or political motivations is likely far-fetched.

Ted, know you know that it wasn't the media that put Joe in the spotlight. It was McCain.
