Then they better try every living President we have for murder and render posthumous guilty verdicts to the rest. Absolutely ridiculous. Bush is not a criminal, they(and you) just disagree with his policy and method. Get over it.
Starting an illegal war and getting hundreds of thousands of people killed for personal vendettas and profit is a long standing abomination of human society which sooner or later we as a society ought to stand up and say we can do without. It would redeem the good name of the USA amongst the trying to become civilized world.
It won't happen though. Everyone who voted for the war would have to be added as a collaborator.
We're not a civilized society, we're vicious animal kingdom.
And people wonder why God hasn't returned our phone calls.

Reason: copyright violation and offensive
Running for Progressive Party: Means such a moonbat that Obama is too conservative.
I rather doubt she has the authority to make the charges.
Now CONGRESS might. They do have the authority and I will say the odds are 1 in 4 they will do it... and will open a can of worms that will haunt the next 10 presidents. Payback on both sides will be tragic and unending.
I don't think these particular charges are going to get very far, but there might be a glimmer here of what post-White House life is going to be like for Bush. And Cheney, et al. There will be paybacks, and it likely won't be very long before they start coming. Trying to lead low-profile lives from some out-of-the-way foreign country might actually be a good idea for them for a while...

Good post and accurate to a point. Bugliosi wants to prosecute on the grounds that Bush lied, therefore people that actually believed him were not responsible. He does name the accomplices though and we all know who they are.
This book is on the NY Times Best Seller List and most people are not aware of it. The book has been sent out to US Atorneys throughout the country and somebody finally had the guts to take the bait. Charlotte Dennett is from Vermont, a state where if anyone from "The Bush Crime Family" steps foot, would be promptly arrested.

I have no doubt about them crawling under a rock, but if there is a glimmer of hope, People need to stay engaged.
A whack job for wanting to bring justice to a criminal? Odd thing to say.
BTW...Bugliosi was the prosecuting attorney in the Charles Manson case. I dare say that this guy is not a crackpot.
I remember Bugliosi from the manson case. he must be at least 100 by now, probably senile and living in a retirement home.
Bush is THE man, did and is doing a great job. The war saved your miserable butt for eight years now.
If dumbo gets elected, bend over and kiss your behind goodbye...
