Genesis is attempting to open a 16 bed operation at the site of the old Taylor Home on Taylor Ave in Racine.
A hearing is to be held AGAIN on Wed., Feb.28, 2007
We need your support and insights in order to defeat the Dept of Corrections attempt to supplant the wishes of the neighborhood at large with regard to placing FELONS in yet another residential area of Racine!!
