Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Cindy McCain would have been a great contestant on the hit reality competition show "Dancing With the Stars," if only senator husband John McCain allowed her to join.

According to Page Six, Cindy was excited to be one of the dancing celebrities in the show, but John nixed it, saying it was an "even worse decision" than choosing Sarah Palin as his running mate.

Wouldn't she have to have security all over the place?

Oooooh, "page six"! That's about two steps down from, "my neighbor's cousin's hairdresser told me". Although the hairdresser is right more often.

Well, I think that if Cindy wants to be on "Dancing with the Stars", she should be able to. She supported her husband through his "thing". Now it is time for John to support his wife too!

I'm sure he used the "C-word" plenty of times on her to state his case!

You need a better news source.

I have a feeling that Cindy made this decision completely on her own. I don't get the impression that she has to ask John's permission regarding anything she does, or doesn't do.
