All of you who keep equalize the political parties in this country to communism and national-socialism has no idea what Communism and Nazism really are. You have never lived in Eastern Europe, former Soviet union, Nazi Germany. Even to compare Obama with being a Nazi is a joke in it's own.

So? This swastika was at a Republican event, a rally to oppose Obama's stimulus plan.
The GOP is just steeped in hate, it's little wonder that to them a swastika is just part of everyday life.

I'm happy to say I know next to nothing about Malkin - I must have dodged her appearances on tv. Apparently she has a blog.
But on that link there is a youtube video. I'm not sure who the initial speaker is, but he looks like he belongs in the blues brothers movies. But the thing that drew my attention was the sign being held up right behind the first speaker.

- trying to be clever / hip (probably)
- didn't know the spelling, so used a dash as a wildcard.
- plugging for a company called "d-port" (none showed up in google)
It's just that, usually when you do a slang word it either ends up shorter (texting's influence) or fewer syllables.

This is not a comment for or against Obama, but come on already. The Nazis killed people. They burned, mutilated, gassed, tortured, raped, imprisoned, enslaved, and performed medical experiments on living and conscious people. Give me a break already! The Nazi comparisons are ridiculous no matter who the target is.
And when I said he wasn't an all around Hitler, I was pretty much referring to the fact that he didn't have a hand in murdering millions and millions of people. Maybe thousands and thousands, but not millions and millions.
