The lawyers are even nameless? That smells fishy and as far as the guy trying to sell the video, he won't have any friends after this, that is if he has any now. What a piece of $hit he is.
Knowing of Joe Biden's devotion for his family, especially his kids for decades, I doubt and don't think this should really reflect on him no matter how hard the Post tries to make it so.
I hope for two reasons that is really not Ashley.
First so the sleazebag selling the video can be indicted for fraud and sued for slander and secondly so The Post and the writer can end up having egg on their face. Anything for money!!!!!!!!!!!!

As has been pointed out, including by you, Chelsea Clinton and Amy Carter got a lot of negative press, even though they didn't get arrested for anything.

Well, several people have proven otherwise about Chelsea Clinton. And Bush's kids didn't get clobbered; the story was a fluff piece and went awy quickly. A lot of us with college-age kids thought "there but for the grace of God go I". As for Palin's kids, if Sarah herself had been more forthcoming in the beginning, the story would have gone away quickly. Not, that I think it was right to attack them in any way.

The Bush twins were legal adults when they did their underage drinking so they were also "grown women". By your logic the press and late night comics should have left them alone. However, when it happened, they were publicly insulted all over television and even worse on the internet. When some would try to defend them by saying they aren't political figures, others would shoot back that they're in the public eye so they're fair game. A double standard based upon political hatred. For Ashley's sake, if this is her I hope they leave her alone. However, if they do, then they're proving themselves to be hypocrites based upon political bias. It's a story that deserves a mention if true and nothing more than that. I only wish the Bush twins had received that amount of respect.

An explosive video being shopped to media outlets has plunged the White House and Vice President Joe Biden into a cocaine scandal, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
The video shows a woman, who is represented by the seller and his attorneys to be Biden’s daughter Ashley, snorting several lines of cocaine.
The tape has been viewed by a RadarOnline.com freelance reporter who confirms the woman looks identical to Ashley Biden.
Tom Dunlap, an attorney for Dunlap, Grubb and Weaver in Washington D.C. is representing the seller of the tape in brokering a deal and several news organizations have seen the footage.
In addition to RadarOnline.com, representatives for the New York Post, a large British newspaper and the National Enquirer have all viewed the tape.
The woman on the tape clearly resembles Ashley Biden, 27, who is a social worker employed with the Delaware Department of Children, Youth and Families. She is also a board member of the Delaware YWCA organization.
The tape was shot this year.
On the tape a man cuts up five lines of what is said to be cocaine. The woman who the seller says is Ashley then jokes with the man that the lines aren’t big enough.
The man hands her a rolled-up dollar bill and she proceeds to walk a few steps to a table where the cocaine is cut. She pulls her hair back, bends down and snorts a line.
Four lines of white powdery substance are clearly visible on the table, which is in front of a computer.
After she snorts the first line, the woman said to be Ashley lifts her head and wipes her nose. She then snorts a second and third line before the tape cuts off.
The tape was made without her knowledge. It is being shopped for $250,000.
The events on the tape are represented as taking place at a party in Wilmington, Delaware and the woman said to be Ashley is with a boyfriend.
The cocaine is done amid a party scene with loud music playing and several people talking at the same time.
The tape is approximately two minutes in length.
News clips show that Ashley Biden was once arrested for marijuana possession while she was a college student in New Orleans in 1999. The charges were later dismissed.
In 2002, The Los Angeles Times reported that Ashley, then 21, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of obstructing a police officer outside a Chicago bar.

It makes no difference even if it is her. He is not responsible for her actions. If it ends up being her I hope her father can just forget about the political crap and get her help. Being a child of a politician has got to be miserable. I can't imagine telling your friends that your father/mother is a politician. It would be embarrassing. The only thing worse would be a lawyer.
