I have yet to see one news footage or article from a democrat labeling Obama as their Messiah, Master or God. Why is it that the conservatives and the anti-obama crowd continue with this labeling? It appears to me this is the way YOU see him. I don't, no one that i've EVER spoken too see him as such...So why do you?
Did the democrats label Bush the Messiah or Master when he took the 2000 & 2004 elections?
Unfortuantely for many on CD mainly those who takes issue when they can not obtain agreement from the other side. Juvenile discussions typically takes away from credible discussion.

No objections too...adulation (considering his accomplishments) recieving well deserved cheers, have yet to see him worshiped or being ascribed with supernatural powers nor treated like a Messiah. Again, this is your perception. Who are these socialists that you are referencing? I take it anyone who agree's with the President...
What I object too.....complaints, finger pointing, assumptions without anything to back it up. The term socialists and communist has been thrown around even before January 20th. The histerical part about all of this is, even if McCain won, he would be doing the EXACT same thing. The redistribution of wealth if the Republican version of the budget was accepted would have been the reverse, the middle class would have been hit no matter how you look at it.
Again, NOT one democrat has labeled this man a Messiah or even worshiped him as you claim. However we applaud his accomplish, and PRAY that WASHINGTON as a hole will get their act together. But with these antics, its highly doubtful. I guess we'll just keep paying their salaries to do nothing but Bytch and watch the public fight it out.
It's what conservatives call him. It's blasphemy if you asked me. I would never compare a person to Messiah, but somehow they manage do it on daily bases. Rush Limbaugh does it dozens of times every day.
I guess it is their right to under the 1st amendment.

Oh, I wouldn't blame just the Republicans for this but I would instead point to Hillary's celestial choir quip during the campaign for sparking the image of Obama as the "mesiah."
It's sort of funny that the analogy/accusation actually does have some psychological Christian foundation, much like the trial of Jesus, there seems to be a deep and ardent underlying desire for a mesiah (see the deafication of Ronald Reagan) which turns to viseral hatred for anyone who is percieved, no matter how falsely, to portray themselves as such.
Clearly, Obama never pretended to be such a savior, his campaign centered on the possiblity of the we, not upon himself calling for collective action to change the direction of the country. We got it, others, namely conservatives whose long and intellectual distain for collective action over the individual just didn't get it. Although the teabagging movement shows that they might be on the cusp of figuring it out.
