Good to see some reporters starting to pin the administration on its lies and mishandling of money. Bravo!

They'll spin whatever sells. If it becomes trendy to run Obama into the ground, and they can turn a profit doing it, they'll do it --- but that won't happen for a long time.

What are your thoughts on the substance of the questions and answers?

Everything has a filter and every media outlet has a guy who makes his name criticizing what is popular. That particular blog article is a hindsight injection of what could have been, if I'm reading it right.

That's for entertainment and to criticize what's happening. Tides turn very slow other than the rapid-cycling drive-by TV news that can bash Obama on one issue then praise him after the commercial break.

Nuts ain't it?

Interesting perspective. So what did you think of the substance of the question and answers?

Bet you will see a different spin on it on NBC & MSNBC. Think the chances are good that you will see rah-rah instead of very much negative (hope they prove me wrong). GE owns NBC and MSNBC. GE has a huge vested interest in seeing that everything Obama does is seen as good and right. No wonder some of their network talking heads came out so strongly against Americans voicing their concerns over govt spending and Cap & Trade.

GE got a $139 billion bailout in November, there is talk that they may be needing more.

GE has invested and relied on their green products divison for profit - profits have been down, they do not expect to reach their target of $25 billion, but do expect things to improve due to the stimulus bill.

GE has invested a lot of money lobbying govt for the Cap and Trade.

GE has a joint venture called Greenhouse Gas Services, which is to invest and trade in greenhouse gas credits generated by the Cap and Trade bill.

GE is heavily invested in seeing that certain Obama's policies come to fruition. What better way to push your agenda than having your very own talking heads on your very own TV network?

WHY would MSNBC support the rants of Janeane Garofalo, the outrageous Rachel Maddow show about the Tea Parties, etc. Why the station supported such venomous assults on average American taxpayers didn't make sense - figured it was just for ratings.
Turns out - perhaps there may be more than meets the eye.

The vice-president of GE Ecomagination has stated the stimulus will get their deals flowing again, sees growth in carbon capture and in storage tech. Can find this at different links on the web.
