Now that we have experienced what it means to have a Democratic feeding frenzy in Washington, those who believe that we are embarking on the biggest shift of government, economics, and way of life far away from what our forefathers crafted and many young men died to defend, all of you that believe MUST go to the voting booths in 2010 and vote all of these politicans out of office and make sure that there is a system of checks and balances in Washington. No matter what your politics are, having a balanced government is the only way to ensure that the system works. Even if it looks like nothing is getitng done, it is far better than a "change" for the worse. Get out the vote in 2010 !!!

Just vote every incumbent out except Kucinich and Paul.

How remarkably naive. How old are you? I'm guessing that you haven't had the opportunity to vote in more than one Presidential election.

If you seriously believe that the Democrat party will be in power forever, I have a bridge just east of New Jersey to sell you...

I do not need to watch CSPAN in order to draw my own conclusions based on what I see.

I have never voted straight ticket (usually I vote about 75% Repub, 25% Dem), but likely will in 2010. Either party having so much control terrifies me.

CSPAN? That's funny. I do watch it from time to time. If anything, it makes one puke to see the "liberal in a candy store" syndrome that's going on daily.

Liberals can laugh all they want right now. In 2010, a few seats will be handed to the Republicans. Note that I didn't say many seats, but a few. But that's all it will take to make the Democrats all of a sudden become concilliatory. Amazing what having to beg for votes can do for bipartisanship. The straight-ticket legislation free-ride as you liberals know it will come to an end.

It will happen. Just ask your other Saviour, Bill Clinton.

I consider 2010 as a chance to rid the House and Senate or the rest of the Republican debris.

I am not worried - the Democrats heading down the path (and dragging us with them) they have chosen will ensure that the Republicans will be back in power quite quickly. Now, all we need is some real conservatives in office and we can see some positive impact!
