I would like to start a men's rights group.

Would this be sexist? If so, how would it be worse than a women's rights group?

Any opinions are welcome.

I don't think it would be sexist. There are many that exist already, however.

Thanks for the links. I'll look through them later.

BTW, I don't really want to start a men's rights group. I'm simply trying to point out how sexist the obsession with women's rights is.

You have the RIGHT to remain silent, anything you say or do can be used against you in a court of law...

Hmm. Then a men's rights organization would be sexist as well, wouldn't it?

Here we go again...
You do know women STILL to this day still get paid comparitively less than men in the same position/job title, right?
Then we have men arguing over what women are allowed to do with our own bodies.
Men are 'studs' women are 'sluts'
Men are 'forceful and macho' women are '*******'
Women had to fight for the right to vote
Women are still judged solely on their looks and this will prevent then from getting hired, getting promoted etc etc.

Women do not want to banish men from existence (I know there are some who do, but I"m not going for extremes here) they just want the same opportunities that men do. Simple.

My point is that women's rights organizations being acceptable with men's rights organizations not being acceptable is what's sexist.
