I think you're really jumping to some false conclusions there. It's similar to the silly line that guys who drive big trucks are trying to compensate for physical shortcomings. Statements like that are based in nothing.
Yes and no. Driving a big truck and having aesthetic surgery done are two very different things. Around here, many people drive big trucks because they have a need for them (or at the very least, it's their hobby), breast implants seem to indicate a certain shallowness. The thought process that a woman needs large breasts to attract men an all. I'm here to say that, at least in my case, they do not. I won't lie, I can be exceedingly shallow at times, but I'm much more interested in facial features than I am chest size. If the girls not pretty (without makeup), then the rest of her body doesn't matter, and if she is pretty, the rest of her body really doesn't matter either.

What about women who just like the way they look with larger breasts? People change their appearances all the time. It doesn't mean they're doing it to attract a mate.

Then why do they do it? Would a woman, in a vacuum, suddenly decide "you know what, these two lumps on my chest...they're just not big enough!" I highly doubt it. And let's not pretend that breast enhancement surgery is like putting on a different pair of shoes, it's a major, invasive surgery that is potentially life-threatening. The day I risk my life for the size of my penis is the day I respect a woman for risking her life for the size of her breasts.

Well, you see, we all get to make decisions that reflect our values and priorities. I've had minor cosmetic surgeries, not in attempt to attract a mate, but simply because I wanted to experiment a little bit on myself and change the way I looked for my own pleasure.

Oh, I agree with sentiment 100%. Woman have a right to do whatever they want to their bodies, hell, they can get 2 or 3 more breasts for all I care, but don't expect me to find it attractive. That's all I'm saying.
Implants = yuck.
If they ain't natural I don't want nothing to do with them.
They might help the blouse look good. But unclothed they are fake and don't feel right.
