O'Reilly is all over this I believe. If i'm not mistaken, he has dispatched a group of investigative reporters to shed some light on the judges that let this happen. O'Reilly has been successful in the past going after judges (who ultimately resigned after their rulings were put into the spotlight), and I hope he's successful here as well.

Liberals can hate O'Reilly all they want, but the man is passionate about righting the wrongs committed against children.

They're weird out there. Why? I love Cimarron County and the buffalo preserve near Pawhuska. I dont want to feel bad about the people of the state.

There's a thread on here about an animal abuser/animal control officer protected by his littl etown...

this too - Tahlequah Daily Press - Probation ordered for area man
Shawn Edward Walters, 33, pleaded no contest to the charges May 11 and received a pair of suspended 20-year sentences. The sentences will run concurrently.

Walters was charged in March with molesting the young male victim between Dec. 12, 2006 and Dec. 12, 2008.

Each count carries a possible 20-year sentence.

I'd like to see photos of the DA and judge on the news report.

Oh please, get off your kness already. O'Reilly is an entertainer looking for story that will enrage and entertain his fans. Does he help kids when the story isn't smacking him the face?

I can NEVER view videos on CNN. Perhaps it's because of my antivirus protection. Does anyone have a link from a news source other than CNN?

From watching the video (I have not Googled yet) I can understand the argument that they might have otherwise lost the case and dirty old man would have been on the streets 10 minutes later...but I do not understand why they could not have made the exception of a closed-circuit testimony, to which the defense could still interact with the witness, confronting the accuser but sight unseen.

I'm hoping he is not placed in protective custody, let him be put with the other inmates. He's labeled, and that's what they were going for...so let it work some magic.

You, like most liberals, obviously don't have a clue about O'Reilly.

Maybe you should look into the list of all the charities that he donates proceeds of his merchandise sales to.

Just as I said earlier, you can hate O'Reilly all you want, but he's passionate about righting the wrongs against children. Of course i'd never expect you to know that fact.

And since I don't expect that you'd do a little objective research before spewing your idiocy, here's a link.

Thanks for your input...I'm not a liberal...but do read both CNN and Fox news...

I just cannot believe our laws in this country today, and whoever is responsible for this, should be severely repromanded, stripped of their jobs...I cannot believe a judge would actually agree to something so unintelligent and against the law? What is wrong with people...how can they sleep at night? If it was his daughter or GD, I bet he'd sing a different tune....

Sheeesh, this really gets me upset....
