I replayed it and I think you're right right about the gas, but closer to the 40 second mark. Yeah it was really funny how the woman reporter so calmly and coolly threw cold water on his "unprecedented welcome" for Obama question. Seems like he fully expected her to fall right into line. He was pathetically surprised.

I never understood how this Lemon guy maintains an anchor position on a major network. He never seemed that bright or well informed on the issues compared to most major network anchors.

Because two black commentators engaging in conversation about a black president in a black country and not agreeing on the outcome is completely out of the realm of understanding for the liberal camp.

I think she got a tingle by deflating him.

He looked surprised and at the end when he asked her again it's like he was waiting for her to change her answer. I got a good laugh out of that Funny watching him almost jump out of his seat when she said that everyone gets a welcome like that

Why do you call him hussein obama? Did you call the other candidate Shirley McCain? Are you a bigot who thinks there's something wrong or inferior in one of the most common Arabic names? Your credibility fumbles with each post I read.

Per the topic, Don Lemon's not a great reporter. I saw him justify CNN's bid for black viewers through their extravagant Michael Jackson coverage. I guess he made a good point comparing it to Princess Diana's coverage, but that was over the top too.

LOL..You guys started a thread about that? The woman basically said that Africans aren't biased in showing appreciation. She didn't say the welcome was any less for Obama. I guess the biased liberal media somehow found an unbiased foreign correspondent to report the welcome fairly. I guess wingnuts are easily emused. No wonder you all find Rush so funny.
