oooooooooo back off. tough words from the community organizer party. what are they gonna do if they don't back off? write a strongly worded letter by a lawyer, or start a watchdog group?

That's a hollow statement. We've already seen that there is little freedom to forfeit the money.
Please, where in the link states the following “You can either be for the recovery act or against it.” Must be your plug eh?
Transportation Secretary merely states that if you don't want the stimulus directed to your State than let him know as the funds will likely be redirected.
Obama reminds me of the 21 year old kid that has not figured out life quite yet. He wants everything...now...and gets upset when things take time to develop.

What the heck is the hurry? These issues did not just appear, Biden has been in office for 29 consecutive years, he should have seen a few of these issues. I have always been leery of any "deals" that started with, "you must act now" and feel this guy is the same snake oil salesman. I firmly believe he wants a strong America...as I do...but I don't think he has enough political experience to really know what is right and what is wrong...
I simple ask a single question...name one program the government has run that they did not royally screw up...and you want to gravitate towards a socialist state?
I am starting to really worry about this guy and his strong arm tactics.
