If unemployment at election time is greater than 10% and your personal income is lower than it is now, will you still vote for him?

If yes, what unemployment rate and reduction in your personal income would lead you not to vote for him?

That is kind of a weird metric to vote for someone on.

I am not sure why that is a weird metric. There was a memorable presidential campaign that features the question: "Are you better off today than you were four years ago?"

I will decide in 2012 based on what he has done, how it effected me, and who else is running.

From what I see the Republicans are offering, yeah, I'd vote for Obama again.

I'm not a one-issue voter. Indeed, sometimes I'll vote for (or against) the person, regardless of the issues. I voted for Carter in 1980 because I trusted him as a man, even though his presidency wasn't very successful.

Is that all we're supposed to basing out vote on? I hope not! It is too early to tell, but most likely, yes I will vote for him again.

The more I see the GOP resort to divisive and racist attacks, the more I will work for President Obama's
reelection and also vote for him again.

Exactly. I think the OP was looking for someone to say "I will vote for Obama no matter what because I LOVE him. He is the ONE. I LOVE everything about him. Not only will I vote for him in 2012 but I'll encourage Michelle to run in 2016!"
