CLINTON: We’ve done this so many times before. We’ve had former presidents do it.
We’ve had sitting members of Congress do it. It is something that,
you know, it is absolutely not rewarding them. It is not in any way responding to specific demands
.

Update Also during the interview, Clinton said of Bolton, "[i]f President Obama walked on water, he would say he couldn't swim."

Think Progress » Hillary Clinton erupts in laughter at the mention of ‘John Bolton.’

I was reading something about Ronald Reagan today. They mentioned that one of the chief protagonists of the fearmongering of Soviet threats to America, and their likelihood to outproduce the U.S. in weapons was none other than one of his associates under Bush, Paul Wolfowitz. These people have long histories of being wrong.

It is stunning how wrong these people consistently have been. Bolton, Rumsfeld, Cheney, all of them

I've been laughing at Bolton ever since I first heard of the guy. John Stewart has him on (way too often IMO) and not just to let the guy show what an uninformed dik he is. Same with Kristol but Kristol is too dumb to know when he's benig set up.

Besides, I never liked any of his records.

OK...so now the cold war and the threat posed by the Soviet Union was just "fearmongering?" I suppose the terrorist threat is also fearmongering and there is no real threat today? Do I have it correct?

It's all just overblown by the "military-industrial complex" to advance their own master plan to enslave the world? Those damn neocons...the same ones who blew up the WTC and Pentagon.

No, those same damn NeoCons who refused to let the WTC and Pentagon attacks divert them from their plans for a new world order, those same damn NeoCons who utterly failed to focus on the real threat to the US.

THOSE damn NeoCons.

Cold war threat of the Soviet Union was fear mongering? Cuban missle crisis, expansion across parts of Europe, and expansion in south and central America were just fear mongering. Just because you support communist ideals doesn't mean the soviet union wasn't a threat.

Since this is a blatantly false, baseless allegation I'd put your credibility level at about zero.

I wasn't referring to you in my statement but you were quick to jump to the defense.
