The names listed have been the subject of speculation by prominent media sources as being possible contenders in the 2012 election, according to Wikipedia.

I like how there is only one democratic candidate on there, two independents, one libertarian, and one green candidate. The rest of GOP, you're kind of stacking the deck.

I had no nefarious intentions when I listed those names; I'm not even sure of what you're suggesting. I simply took the list of names from the Wikipeda page that discusses the 2012 election. I think it's a fair list. If you know of other individuals who have been seriously discussed in the media as possible contenders, please tell us about them. Thanks.

Bad list of choices. Where is Hillary on your list? She gets my vote.

She's not being talked about in the media as a possible contender at this point. A vote for Hillary would be "None of the above / Other".

I think you all know I would of course vote for Obama. However, if Hilary was on that list, I'd vote for her because she's the one that got my vote in the primaries. I guess I'd stick w/my precedent. But she won't run again so that's a moot point.

Word.

That list is a crapshoot of...crap, no matter where it came from.

Ron Paul? Maybe?

Guiliani who lobbies for an Indian company that's trying to get drugs already banned by the FDA into the USA anyway...Romney has a company that does biz with the Chinese gubmint? I will just stop there before I get depressed glossing over the other choices...and me being depressed just does not happen!

Maybe he will, but I doubt it. He sure hasn't announced anything, and unlike the others, he's not being talked about as a contender in the media, and I doubt he's raising any money for a run.
