I'm always curious about why Obama critics are not willing or able to admit that for 8 years Dick Cheney performed unelthically and immorally but this was acceptable. Are you really not aware that President Obama inherited Cheney's mess? George Bush can not be blamed because he was merely the puppet and Cheney the Puppet Master.

"REAL AMERICANS" don't try to circumvent the Demoractic Process by calling for Impeachment were Impeachment is not only unncessary, but there are no grounds for it.

The POTUS swears an Oath to uphold the Constitution when they are sworn in. That program defied and trampled on the 4th Amendment.

Regime change indeed, by working with sanctions and the UN, not invading the country.
Your kidding, right? Electronic communications, through the internet or over the phone, fall under the auspcies of the 4th Amendment and warrents were required before Bush43's domestic spying program was isntalled without Congressional approval. There was already a special branch of the judicial whose sole purpose was to issue warrents for national security reasons. There was no reason, or right, for Bush43 to step on the Fourth.
