taitz can't just go into court and say "obama's not eligible and he needs to prove that he is." or say that the court needs to prove that he is (??!!)
she has to go into court and say "obama's not eligible and here's proof that he isn't." and hopefully produce something other than a forged birth certificate that she can't prove the authenticity of to prove her case.

she is abusing the legal system, plain and simple. i don't think she's committing treason but she is encouraging mutiny among our armed forces by getting this soldier to abandon her duty on improper grounds. and she is filing frivolous lawsuits. she is a joke.

whatever happened to taitz going to london or whatever to look up the records to prove the authenticity of the other fake birth certificate? for that matter, whatever happened to that birth certificate? she's never admitted it was fake, despite the forger posting photos of themself forging it online. is she just holding it in reserve in case this one doesn't pan out?

The court determined that Taitz et alia are working contrary to the very Constitution they purport to uphold, that the case is "illogical" and states quite clearly that the Electoral College has reviewed President Obama's paperwork and found it to be true and legal

should be both disbarred and deported for fomenting sedition.

It is very clear. Problem is she is not doing any of that. She is asking the courts to make sure he is a citizen of this country since he refuses to show the country he is supposed to be leading his true birth certificate. Complain all you want the lawsuit is correct and would not happen if he would just let the truth come out.He obviously has something to hide.
