B.S. deluxe! Taitz has done it all, including encouraging soldiers to refuse to obey the oath they took to support the Constitution. The Electoral College
( one more time ) authenticated the documents provided by President Obama. He was vetted in order to get security clearance. Continuing to pretend otherwise is as nonsensical as Taitz herself...but she has that mail-order law degree. Less than impressive.

verification from the people in charge of birth certificates in hawaii is not proof?

"they" actually found 2 completely different kenyan birth certificates (well one is just a photo of a birth certificate) that birthers are touting as simultaneously real. even worldnet daily thinks both of them are fake.

"they" also found a canadian birth certificate signed by dudley do-right. this was submitted in court by one of your truth-seekers.

You keep believing your delusions ok. See if it was provable that he is a citizen why did this court even take the case!? They could have just dismissed it.

You are probably right. Obama's army will send a few head crackers into the judges office let him know it would do his life good if he dismisses it.

the judge is female, actually.

i guess you haven't read the article about the case? how surprising. it's obvious from the joke of a case taitz presented that the case is going to be dismissed. no head cracking required. taitz doesn't even think she has to prove that the kenyan birth certificate she's presenting is real.

but yeah. very convenient that every time taitz has a case dismissed, it's just a big conspiracy. nothing to do with her case's lack of merit, or her inability to follow basic legal procedures. or, like, understand basic things about how the legal system works, like who the burden of proof rests with. in her other case, the national attorneys have been helping her get her things filed properly, just to get the case off the docket after months of bungling. what conspiracy was that, again?

who's delusional, exactly? the person referring to actual facts and logic, or the person citing conspiracy theories, long debunked e-mail forward claims, and blatantly fake documents championed by incompetent lawyers and crazy people? the one who mysteriously changes the subject as each of their claims is refuted?

so what was that about indonesia not allowing non-citizens to attend school? and how obama is a secret catholic? and how orly taitz is a loon with a mail order law degree and less knowledge of how the court system works than a high schooler? and how she is saying 2 conflicting kenyan birth certificates are simultaneously real, and even wnd says they're both fake?

• Obama might be a citizen of Indonesia, not the U.S. ?

After the president’s parents divorced, his mother married an Indonesian man and moved the family to Jakarta, where Barack lived from ages 6 through 10 (1967-71), at which point he returned to the U.S. The hypothesis--based on thin evidence and fat speculation--is that Obama was adopted by his stepfather and therefore became an Indonesian citizen.
Even if that were true, however, it would not deprive him of his status as a natural-born citizen of America. As the State Department Web site notes:

Parents cannot renounce U.S. citizenship on behalf of their minor children. Before an oath of renunciation will be administered . . ., a person under the age of eighteen must convince a U.S. diplomatic or consular officer that he/she fully understands the nature and consequences of the oath of renunciation, is not subject to duress or undue influence, and is voluntarily seeking to renounce his/her U.S. citizenship.

Smackdown in Orly World!!! Too much to post here, check out the .pdf link at the end of this post.

Quote:
Plaintiff, a Captain in the United States Army, seeks a temporary restraining order to prevent the Army from deploying her to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Plaintiff alleges that her deployment orders are unconstitutional and unenforceable because President Barack Obama is not constitutionally eligible to act as Commander in Chief of the United States armed forces. After conducting a hearing on Plaintiff’s motion, the Court finds that Plaintiff’s claims are frivolous.
Quote:
Accordingly, her application for a temporary restraining order (Doc. 3) is denied, and her Complaint is dismissed in its entirety. Furthermore, Plaintiff’s counsel is hereby notified that the filing of any future actions in this Court, which are similarly frivolous, shall subject counsel to sanctions. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 11(c).
