So far, the vote has been clear. Amost two out of three support Israel in an attack.
Personally, I think it will happen with the support of Germany, France and England within the next month.
Obama will be holding his hand on his own arse.
Germany, France, and England might support increased economic sanctions against Iran--a freeze on European investment has been suggested as a far off possibility as a determent strategy against Iran's nuclear ambitions. But seriously, Germany or France backing an Israeli military strike against Iran in the next month? Not bloody likely.
When you are a country the size of New Jersey, surrounded by hostile neighbors lobbing missles at you, you have to keep your military home for defense.
There you go again, trying to talk logic to *******s and moonbats. OF COURSE Israel needs its military at home under the circumstances. The Jew haters here just like to jerk everyone's chains.
Iraq used VX nerve gas in the an-Anfal campaign. They also had developed anthrax, having been licensed by the Reagan administration to receive raw materials for that, after their record of use against the Iranians was a settled and sealed fact.
Your posts are pretty clear.
You've criticized Carter on so many mutually contradictory grounds, it's hard to keep up. If Carter can be criticized for anything, it's ever opening his trap when the Soviets tried to clear out the fundamentalists in Afghanistan--not for declining to start a war on behalf of the Shah, who nobody wanted.
We are heading to a conflict with Iran today for the same reasons we were in 1979, you are right about that. But the reasons are American arrogance, belligerence, and masochistic devotion to our Israeli "allies".

Former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein used mustard gas on Kurds in northern Iraq during a 1987-88 campaign known as the Anfal. The worst attack occurred in March 1988 in the Kurdish village of Halabja: a combination of chemical agents includingmustard gas, sarin and possibly VX killed 5,000 people and left 65,000 others facing severe skin and respiratory diseases, abnormal rates of cancer and birth defects, and a devastated environment.
ProudCap, like I have said before, I thank you for your service. But why are you so obsessed with an israeli attack of Iran?
Probably because it is the right thing to do.
