There is no such thing as "equality"..
Say there is one black person who dresses professionally.
And one white man who dresses like a gangster.
Both are "equally" qualified, although there is no way to prove equality... (only in lalallaa land can people think gov't can judge something that doesn't exist accurately)
If he, the employer, chooses to hire the white thug.. That is his right, and the other person can find employment elsewhere.
IT IS THE EMPLOYERS(OWNERS) BUSINESS... His private property, it is his sanctuary due to his works. He owns it, he has the right to say who can be on his property or not. FOR NO MATTER WHAT REASON.
(if in a free market where business owners have rights, there is of course going to be racism and discrimination , just like there is today) However, the free market has responses to that. If people (consumers) become aware that an employer is an actual Racist , they can boycott his products and services. All his employees can quit and throw him out of business. ETC, ETC ...
However, with what we have today , Gov't would just call up the racist and say something like "either you hire one or two black people and one or two women as well, or we will take your business from you"
Gov't keeps racists in business.
AA after all, is based on race.
People who obsess about race, are Racists.
Same goes for whites. If they apply at a business and the black owner hires the black thug instead of the white professionally dressed man, that is the owner's right.
And I'm mainly focusing on small business here, since government does give preferential treatment to corporations that shouldn't exist in the first place.
