You all would be screaming bloody murder.

And you know it.

The amount of partisan hacks on this forum is undeniable. This thread is proof.

You do realize that Law & Order takes headlines from the news correct? And this story was based off a killing spree by Richard Poplawski? An avid fan of Beck & Alex Jones. That is where they got the headline from.

Btw speaking of Fox remember when the News division tried to sue the Simpsons?

Then when they catch the murderer, he defends him and wins the case, blaming his actions on "brianwashing" by a right-wing talk radio host. At the end of the show the murderer thanks ACLU guy for getting him off, saying he can go continue the work he started. At which point ACLU guy shoots him dead.

I'm not sure the motivation of the writer, but the show came off with Laroquette playing a parody of all the far-left nutcases and their hatred of talk radio, and a demonstration of the hypcrocay of same. Plus a cause-effect of bleeding-heart ACLU lawyers helping the guilty escape justice. In comparison the right-wing talk show host they had came out looking good.

What's a leftie ACLU lawyer doing with a gun anyway?
I can see your point of view as I watched the show too.

Of course nobody cared much for the ACLU attorney dude, but none the less, real people were inserted into a ficticious story and then slandered.

There will be a lawsuit, I will be willing to bet. And rightly so.

I don't need an opinion on this matter. It's common knowledge. Sorry about the bad photo link.

It would be within Fox's rights.

Oh come on... poplawski didn't kill children, and his motivations were fueled by infringement of ownership of firearms.

If this is the story that they were basing the story off of, they sure did a horrible job and played fast and loose with the story line. The purpose is clear, to attack conservative political commentators.

Your statements need not be back up by facts?

Um.. ok.

Just put you in the iggy bin then. The burden of proof is on you, not me. Prove your point or quit wasting thread space.

As was stated the comments were made by a Defense Attorney, you know those who are trying to deflect the blame for their clients actions....
