Let's be Americans and take care of our own for a while. Besides, whenever we went to take care of someone else we were always slapped for it later. Maybe it is time to learn the lesson the third world has been screaming at us for the last 40 years.

Actually , per capita , we give far less than other Countries. Check it out.

This is true.

All industrialized ("Rich") countries agreed to give a certain percentage of GDP, with that standard we rank among the lowest. However with raw dollars we are near the top.
