With all the criticism coming from the right, you'd think they'd be offering alternatives instead of just trying to make the president look bad - which seems to be their only goal.

You are missing the point. Obama was all for the risky loans given to people who couldn't afford a conventional loan, to the point of threatening banks that got this mess started...but NOW he's concerned? It's a JOKE and HE IS HEAD CLOWN.
Good Point here. Instead of Obama helping out the Banks that were foreclosing on Owner's Properties, and taking away credit to the Small Business owners, they should of been helping the unfortunate People who were losing there homes, from recklessness of banks that were at fault.
