Does it change the foundation for which he claimed the position? Since he claimed a large part of this "foundation" was his possession of famiy values and a strong moral compass I'd say it does.

Ok can someone please show me a main stream source to this because all the main stream ones I have found say a lobbyist NOT his MIL and it was last year.

You asked a question and I did try to answer it. Richardson had an affair with a lobbyist and resigned, he was replaced by Stout. Stout had an affair with his Mother In Law.
