I don't hate Republicans. I dislike summer patriots like Ted Nugent who dodge the draft and then question other people's patriotism. I have a lot of good friends who are rational conservatives.

No, I think most Republicans are decent people. I just don't like the ones who call people with other beliefs Un-American and stuff like that. In general, when people debate without slinging mud, there is disagreement without hate or anger. Unfortunately, both sides are guilty of slinging mud and getting defensive. I think that's where the percieved hate comes from.
