Most of the country is not going to pay either intentionally or just from not understanding the process and the idiots currently running the country will have no clue how to deal with it.

This whole ill conceived, poorly thought out, master plan is going to be a national train wreck. It should be hilarious watching them trying to sort it all out.

It is really quite simple. Those that choose to not comply with the Law(do not purchase Ins), will be fined thru their tax bill. If they do not pay their taxes, just as today, they will be subject to the appropriate penalties and processes.

A Reagan quote comes to mind, “Well, the trouble with our liberal friends is not that they’re ignorant; it’s just that they know so much that isn’t so

people are going to find out that there is no free lunch and bigger government ALWAYS means bigger taxes. the illusion that "other people are going to pay" will be shattered soon enough.

I agree. If you get a refund and have no insurance, since the rest of your fellow Americans are in effect "insuring" you because if you get hurt or fall ill and show up at the ER, the rest of us will pay for your care, we should get your tax refund to pay your "premium".
