YouTube - Rep Grayson's meltdown at Perkins

What a piece of work. This is hilarious!

Quote:
From the YouTube description: Rep. Alan Grayson (D-FL) deliberately disrupts a Republican district meeting in which a Tea Party presentation is being given to GOP members. After having a shouting match with Matthew Falconer (candidate for Orange County Mayor) and being run off by the members, Alan Grayson proceeds to rant from the lobby.
The guy is hysterical.

Wow I thinks that great! Nice way to stand up to a bunch of right wing losers!

Grayson said the wingnut could not find a $20 bill if it was sticking out his ass!

Go Grayson!

Thanks for the clip Sanrene.

Hell, I'm a registered Republican and I think Grayson has more balls and professionalism than most of the GOP in that room.

Grayson's best moment however was standing up to Bernanke and asking his where the freak $500B ended up (re: foreign central banks)

sometines I think summers73 gets it.....sometimes.

Grayson has grilled government officials on this banking bailout fiasco.

Fought to audit the Federal Reserve.

Stood up against illegal bills of attainder Congress passed. (later struck down by the Courts)

Ugh, I have to wait till I leave work to watch this one. I like when politicians from both sides leave all the PC bs aside and stand up for their beliefs.

Grayson is unlike most of the shills such as Fwanks and Pelosi. While I may disagree with his bleeding heart liberalism, he cares more about his constituents than most representatives.

I think he must be getting desperate. He crashed a republican meeting - what a bunch of meanies, they're talking about him behind his back.

This is golden and should play well in the district.

I'm sure these people had no idea what kind of left-wing kook they were electing.

To me, this has the same legitimacy as yelling out "you lie!" (which I also supported btw). I make no bones about raising hell, in fact I endorse it.
