I question whether sanrene is pulling our leg. He once posted a link to a story about a global warming scientist who froze to death in the antartic. The same website had a story about a sea lion clubbing a hunter.
I definitely don't think this lawsuit will make it to the Supreme Court. I mean I'm no legal eagle but I have a tingling near my balls that says it just won't make it.
How about the fact that this story is nowhere else, or the fact that absolutely no CPUSA members are named. This information is nowhere on the CPUSA website.
So it seems THEY do acknowledge the simularities..
