It's much harder to make fact-less statements when you actually read the article and understand the situation. Obama went out of his way back in 2009 to make sure that this could only be his fault, this is his baby.
I'm just waiting for someone to come along and blame it on Obama- it must be his fault that the census is screwed up- it would have been fine if Bush was still in office or if Palin was in charge! lol
Apparently this fiasco was foreseen well over a year ago.

Why Obama Wants Control of the Census February 10, 2009
President Obama said in his inaugural address that he planned to "restore science to its rightful place" in government. That's a worthy goal. But statisticians at the Commerce Department didn't think it would mean having the director of next year's Census report directly to the White House rather than to the Commerce secretary, as is customary. "There's only one reason to have that high level of White House involvement," a career professional at the Census Bureau tells me. "And it's called politics, not science."
Obama wants to be in charge, but doesn't want any of the blame when everything falls apart. A very common and understandable position to take - for a 6 year-old child.

There's definitely a Glitch in your logic. Pot meets kettle.
Could it be that the idiots in charge have no clue what they are doing?
Sure. What's your point, this hasn't been done for TEN years? Would be a problem for anyone.
