I'd be happy to prove it during the next tea bagger gathering but I really don't feel like getting my butt kicked/glasses broke to prove a point.
I'm absolutely certain that if I had been at the NRA meeting with Palin when she said Obama would take away the guns "if he could" that I'd be escorted out/decried/whatever if I had yelled out "you lie!"
And she wouldn't do or say a damned thing to preserve or defend my right to say that.
But the really frightening part of the deal is, she hasn't got an actual plan. She seems to think that she's going to wind up being swept into the White House by public acclaim. Yet she doesn't have the beginning of a clue as to how to solve any of the problems she blathers on about. (Perhaps she thinks a guest appearance on Oprah would take care of that!)
Well for some of her drooling followers Palin appearing on Oprah would be enough...
As to plans, you're right, she has no plans except to make money off the gullible.
I have many times asked in "Palin Adoration " threads for a Palin plan, an idea, a solution...to any problem....and have NEVER gotten a reply....which means her popularity is only due to the "I hate Obama so much I think anything is better and I wish I could have sex with her Sarah" crowd....(male AND female)
How can you say that? Her statements are made with absolutely no basis for fact . . . NONE, ZILCH, NADA!!! It's shown over and over and over again.

If you'd care to crack open a newspaper you should notice border crossings have gone down. Aside from that how would conservatives propose to "secure the border"? Have NG and AD troops double arms interval the full length of the border? Bush's wall don't seem to work. Seems people have found ways to get around it and keep running into other issues. There's always land mines, motion detecting triggering devices on M60 machine guns or better yet, mini guns, 155mm and 8" Artillery barrages on known choke points. Use some of that Star Wars technology to zap 'em with lasers. That'll keep'm away.
How about tellings us some of those "lies". And back them up with proof.
